Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided through the portal; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn footwear or accessories in their original branded box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton with the return label attached to the outside.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number handy; refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
